Health Tip: OVERLOAD

Studies have shown that consuming a lot of sugar,
caffeine and other stimulants can create a constant
sense of anxiety in many people and also overload your
adrenal glands.

So true! I find that the day after eating sweets, I feel anxious and even depressed. That low feeling can last a couple of days until it’s out of my system. I’ve heard it called, “sugar blues”. One of the things that I’ve found helps restore balance is the B vitamins. Vitamin B complex also helps with the effects of stress. Thank you for your helpful tips!
