Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 3 drops Protective Blend
  • 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp salt

Soak seeds in Protective Blend, 1/4 cup salt and water overnight. Preheat over to 375 degrees. Stir pumpkin seeds, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon and salt until coated. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
