You’ve Got to Move that Body!


There are many reasons why it’s so important to move your body;

Increase metabolism, helps reduce cancer, vital to heart health, good for muscle tone,
sleep better, feel and look better, strengthen immune system, detox lymph nodes,
better lung capacity and increase mental capacity, keeps you young and more flexible.
Many use to say you must exercise to keep your heart healthy but now scientists have proven
that moving your body is essential to your brain and mental capacity as well. Just get up and move!
