Health Tip: FOOT HEALTH

To promote foot health, do this simple exercise once daily.  Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor, raise your toes up and down slowly for 25 repetitions, hold for the count of five, turn your feet outward and repeat, then turn your feet inward and repeat.
