Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower,
cabbage, watercress, kale and collard greens contain
sulforaphane.  This is an antioxidant that
has been shown to speed up the detoxification of many harmful
chemicals from your body and is believed to suppress
cancer and tumor growth.
