SUGAR FEEDS CANCER

When we eat sugar it causes a major spike in insulin which can fuel the receptors in cancer tumors. Every living cell in the body needs glucose to survive but these tumor cells such as breast, prostate and colon cancer hijack the glucose to feed and grow the tumors. If you want to eliminate your chance of cancer you MUST reduce your intake of sugar. No more than 150 calories a day for men and no more than 100 calories a day for women.
