When selecting oils to purchase, it is best to buy organic, cold-pressed minimally processed oils.  Store your oil in the refrigerator in dark glass containers to prevent rancidity and replace your oil every three months.

Health Tip: MOTHBALL VAPORS

Mothballs are used to kill moths, eggs, larvae and should be kept in an air tight container in order to ensure no harmful vapors are released into your home. If you store clothes in mothballs make sure to wash them before wearing and avoid contact with mothballs on your skin.

CHICKENESS

Eggs can be a great source of protein.  If you eat eggs, purchase high quality from you local farmer.  These eggs contain significantly more omega 3 fatty acids than conventional eggs. Chickens are suppose to forge in the pasture, eat bugs, scratch, etc.  They’re chickens, they need to have their “chickeness”.  Cage free means they got recess. Organic means they ate corn. Chickens are not vegetarians they are suppose to eat bugs and stuff not corn.  Look for and buy only PASTURED...
