Health Tip: WATER IS ESSENTIAL

Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to function correctly. For example, your body uses water to maintain its temperature, remove waste and lubricate joints. Your body depends on water for survival. Did you know that water makes up more than half of your body weight? Sometimes you’re really just thirsty and not hungry. Try drinking a full glass of water 30 minutes before you eat. It will curb your appetite and may keep you from mindless snacking or overeating.
