Health Tip: TOOTHBRUSH

According to the American Dental Association, it is best to replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months. Frayed and worn bristles don’t clean as well and make your teeth more vulnerable to decay. In addtion, I replace mine if I get a cold or virus.
