If you are interested in losing weight, always serve
your food on a plate or bowl so you can see how much
you are eating.  Studies have shown that people who eat
from a bag, box or bucket eat 40-50% more than if they
put their food on a dish.

  • That makes a lot of sense to me. I especially enjoy my meals in a bowl. Very filling, and mostly it’s easy to prepare that way.

  • Great Tip Kathryn! Seems I can’t stop eating chips or popcorn until the bag is empty. Your tip of making the bag smaller really helps. Now I fill a quart sized resealable bag with chips and find I’ve had quite enough…because the bag is empty!
