Health Tip: TOOTHBRUSH

According to the American Dental Association, it
is best to replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months.
Frayed and worn bristles don’t clean as well and make
your teeth more vulnerable to decay.
In addtion, I replace mine if I get a cold or virus.
